Why Your Business Needs Human Content
It's everywhere.
Big AI has inundated our lives.
Undoubtedly, there is potential for AI to improve the quality of our lives, with the right restrcitions. But around the world, consumers everywehere express the same feeling:
Frustration.
Similar to the feeling you get when calling a customer service line, only to be met with a robotic telephone tree that offers no solutions (whoile you yell 'REPRESENTATIVE' into the void, no one wants to feel isolated when they need help.
And AI does very little to address one of the major pain points consumers have: the need for a fellow human being to regulate their emotions, idtentify how to help them, and offer connection while helping them problem-solve
Ask yourself, why are consumers increasingly turning to farmers markets, paying to interact with others onlone through Patreon, or buying from artists on Etsy? Why do many people ask questions on reddit, that they could easily google?
It boils down to connection.
If your business only offers non-human services, it may as well be a vending machine.,
Consumers already feel isolated in many areas of their lives. If you want your brand to stand out in a sea of robots and AI--go human.
Include human interset pieces in your blog. Let customers get to know you and your experts. Build trust and connection alongside technical pieces that show authroity on subject matter; foster a community around your brand. (If Subaru could do it before social media, so can you.)
